really good stay in downtown
friendly staffcomfortable bedssubway lines
The staff is amazing. everyone was friendly and readily available TO help with any request. the rooms had good size, and the beds are very comfortable. i also found the location downtown convenient. Many subway lines were nearby.
The doors sometimes slam loudly. I noticed this mostly in the mornings.

the staff was polite and accommodating. the concierge offered excellent directions and recommendations for local attractions. the reception was very nice and helpful, offering assistance on a rainy day.

the location was acceptable, i suppose. it was near some shops.
my room was small. honestly, i felt a bit claustrophobic. there was a big bed, yes, but then barely any room left.

The hotel's location near Fulton Street station proved very convenient. I found many shops and restaurants nearby, including a Westfield shopping center. The staff offered good recommendations for local dining options. (their suggestions were really helpful)
The room doors closed loudly. This sometimes disturbed the peace.
